How is your shipping calculated?
By the number of items. 1-6 total products, you'll pay just $6.95. And that's regardless of 'what' you've bought. Jar candles or lip balms. This pricing is for retail sales only. Wholesale customers' freight is capped at 10% of their total order.
Do you ship internationally?
Not here. Due to the cart we use, international shipping is not easy to handle. However, if you'd like some items (and who can blame you!) please visit our Etsy shop. True, that shop is not currently 'set up' to do international, but we can easily set up a custom listing for you that will include applicable international freight. Be advised that we will not mark 'gift' or indicate a lower value on the customs form. VAT is not included in our costs. Our items are heavy, and costly to ship outside of the US, but as long as you're okay with the rate, we'll ship!
Why sell Glycerin soap?
Actually, soap has a legal definition, and to be called soap, it must contain glycerin. That's why you see 'bath bar' and 'beauty bar' on labels at the local megamart. That stuff, produced from a chemical froth isn't soap! It is a detergent and robs skin of natural beneficial oils. Your skin needs natural oils to keep it supple (think rough leather...you don't want that!) All soap, regardless if it is 'clear' (or translucent) or not, no manner how it is made, IS glycerin soap (if it is legally soap). So now you know.
You keep all of this product in stock? Always?
Most of the time (the vast majority of time) yes. Of course, 15 tubes of your favorite lip balm may not be immediately available, so if you do order a large quantity of an item, it may have to be made for you. Most of the time, product is in stock, and orders ship within 3 days. Be patient with us over the busy holiday season (Thanksgiving until Christmas) for any large orders. And if you have other concerns, please let us know at the time of order.
Do you track orders?
All USPS shipments now include free tracking. Our process is to send you an email after your order is posted, giving you that tracking number.
My order did not arrive, or something was forgotten/broken, what happens now?
Your first step is to let us know. People are human and delivery services (such as the US Post Office) can have accidents. In some cases, you will be required to return the damaged item to us before replacement can happen. Return shipping is your responsibility. Mixups and damage are extremely rare but if it does happen, your satisfaction is important to us.
Do you offer free samples?
No. Samples, like any product, have to be produced. I do, from time to time, have a bit of something 'extra' but those items (when available) I send out with an order as a special thank you to my customers.

I love being featured on great blogs, but over the years, I've noticed that the very best reviews are from folks who buy and then post their rave. If you'd like to try something, drop me a note. I do have a special blogger deal to offer you. But I don't offer free items for review. I appreciate, though, when folks post raves on my Facebook page or theirs...!
Do you do custom orders?
Absolutely! But as each situation is unique, best to get in touch with us and let us know what you're interested in having done. Common things: lip balms or small soaps for wedding favors. All products are shipped labeled, and custom labels will be a cost for any special order. But we can talk more about it when we know what you need to have made.
Do we wholesale our amazing products? Yes, we do!

Must have a B&M (brick & mortar) shop. Retailers must agree not to sell our products online without express written permission.
Wholesale available ONLY in the United States. Pricing is sent separately to qualified retailers. All sales are subject to appropriate minimums and shipping is additional. We do not offer terms of any kind. All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping.
