Shipping: Retail orders are generally shipped US Post Office. I can ship by other methods, but if so, I do not guarantee my $4.95 flat rate shipping.

Wholesale orders can be shipped US Post Office (USPS) but are more commonly shipped UPS due to the financial breaks given for larger boxes. My goal is to always minimize your shipping cost. It is necessary, but doesn't have to be a profit center. It definitely is NOT for me.

Returns: Returns are always a concern. I do my level best to thoroughly describe each and every product, including size, weight, etc. I provide ingredient lists. In short, I do everything I can do (other than scratch and sniff internet, and whoever invents THAT is going to make a few billion dollars...) to let you know exactly what you will receive.

From time to time, though, there are situations in which a product does not function correctly. On a case by case basis, I may ask you to return a product to me so that I can evaluate 'what went wrong'. I'm happy to say, that I've never had a return product except a long time ago when a shipment of lotion pumps failed. But just in case, I do have this procedure in place.

To return something, you must contact me via email to let me know why and what and all other information. Then, after getting a return number, you need to return mail the item (if requested) to PO Box 161472, Fort Worth, TX  76161-1472.
